The primary objective of the practice is to deliver the best legal service to all its clients in all their capacities, being it Natural or Juristic persons and to give requisite and capacity training to aspiring legal Practitioners. The firm recognises that access to justice has become unaffordable especially to the marginalised sector of the population and with this recognition, the firm takes on certain cases on pro bono and amicus curiae basis to allow access to the rule of law and justice.
The firm is registered with the Law Society of Namibia and prescribes to the recommended tariffs applicable to a service rendered. Otherwise, the applicable rates prescribed in the rules of court would apply, if no particular fee arrangement or agreement exist with a client. All in all, a rate of NAD 1500.00 is applicable per hour of every formal attendance.
